Scheduling an Appointment

Please contact us to schedule an appointment or free consultation.

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the appointment. If you need to cancel sooner than 24 hours, still contact us – we are accommodating for unforeseen circumstances, on a case by case basis.

When in doubt, contacts us as soon as you may need to cancel or reschedule- we will work with you.

Rescheduling a Cancelled Appointment

Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment may require prepayment of the service or session prior to rescheduling, at the discretion of Hopmeadow Hypnosis.

Missed Appointment (No Call, No Show)

Appointments that are missed without contacting us beforehand will be considered a No Call, No Show.  If this occurs, your care may be terminated, and referred to another hypnotist – fees and deposits will be forfeited at our discretion.

Please contact us as soon as possible after a missed appointment so we can work to reschedule an appointment.
